  • There is no initial cost to sign up for Remember Me. We send you a digital binder that has all the information and tools to use Remember Me effectively!

  • We started Remember Me in 2000 and have served hundreds of funeral homes and cemeteries ever since!

  • The initial photo creation and service itself is completely free. We do charge a shipping fee to get the memorials to you. This can also be free as our shipping fee is based on your reorder rate. It is a simple process that is covered in the “order instructions” portion of the binder.

  • Most initial orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. However, custom orders may take longer.

  • Yes! With our background in photography and digital imaging, we can produce just about any kind of photo memorial your family requests. There is a small fee for custom memorials, but it is a one time cost and does not apply to any re-orders (please see “Additional Fees form”). To make the request, simply fill out the “Notes, Requests, and Corrections” portion of the order form or just give us a call!

  • You can cancel at any time and there are no extra fees or contracts.

  • We stay in business from the re-orders sent in. We are confident your families will cherish their free memorial so much, they will want to order additional copies for friends and extended families that may want one. We also offer a significant discount on reorders placed through your funeral home/cemetery. This is the dynamic that gets you in front of new contacts to share your own products and services! Just be sure to hand deliver the reorders.

  • We use a special process to print the photos that are in line with professional photography standards. We started in the photography industry and have international commercial photo lab experience. We guarantee the quality of your print or we will replace it. Providing the utmost quality to your family is something we strive for! A Remember Me print will last generations.

  • We offer a print replacement service of $2.50 if your print is lost or damaged.

  • If the mistake is our fault, we will replace the print at no charge. If it was a clerical error on the part of the funeral home or cemetery, we charge a small $7.50 correction fee. If it is a whole new photo, the fee is $10.00.

  • We provide special text requests for a small fee. If a family requests a different language, we simply ask that the family provide the text in a written form or a form that can be copied and pasted. Please refer to “Additional Fees” in the binder.

  • Yes! Over the years, we have taken informal polls of some of our long times clients. The results showed an average increase of anywhere from 25 to 30% across the board. In fact, we’ve had several funeral homes use it as their sole marketing strategy! The potential is even higher for counselors and sales managers that maximize all Remember Me has to offer!
